Is this company black owned? Yes, The Kyra Danaya Collection is black owned!

How do I exchange an item? Due to high demand, we are not able to offer exchanges. If you would like a different size/color, please submit a return request. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a store credit/gift card and you can re-purchase the item in the correct size/color if it is still available.  

Can I cancel/change my order? Unfortunately orders that have been processed are unable to be cancelled/changed. Once you receive an email stating that your order has been shipped, your order has already been processed.

I did not receive my order confirmation after placing my order but my card is showing that my payment went through. If you did not receive an order confirmation, you may have entered the incorrect email address. If you send us an email with your correct email address, we can update it for you. Your order confirmation may also be in your spam/junk folder. 

I received the wrong item/my item was damaged upon arrival. If you receive the wrong item or your item was damaged upon arrival, please send an email to customer service via our Contact Us Form or to info@KyraDanaya.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 

How do I use a store credit/gift card? Enter the code provided in the discount section during checkout. 

How do I purchase an item that is sold out? Click on the item you would like to purchase and select your desired size, if the item is sold out a notification will pop up. Click on "notify me when available" and enter your phone number or email address. When/if the item is back restocked, you will be notified via text or email.

Can I use a discount on a past order? Unfortunately, we are not able to apply discounts to previous orders. Feel free to use your discount code on your next order.
