No refunds will be provided, only store credits. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have up to 7 days after you receive your item to return it for a store credit. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back for return. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. If tags are removed or the item is not in the original condition that it was sent (no signs of wear), your return will not be honored. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Return”, your order number, and why you’re unhappy with your purchase. If it is after 7 days of receiving your item, your return/store credit will not be honored. It is recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier so that it can be tracked. The Kyra Danaya Collection is not responsible for packages that are not received and can not be tracked.
All items on sale are final sale and can not be returned for a store credit, no exceptions.
If your item is damaged, please send an email to email@example.com with the subject “Damaged Item”, your order number, and how your item is damaged within 7 days of receiving your item.
Once your payment is verified, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once the items are processed, it takes 2-5 business days to ship. Once your item is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. The Kyra Danaya Collection is no longer responsible for a package after it is shipped and the tracking number has been provided.
All international customers are responsible for paying any custom fees associated with your purchase.
