No refunds will be provided, only store credits. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have up to 7 days after you receive your item to submit a RETURN REQUEST. Once your return request is approved (please allow up to two, non-holiday, business days), you have 7 days return your package. If your package is not sent back within 7 days after your return request has been approved, we have the right to deny your package. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back for return. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. If tags are removed or the item is not in the original condition that it was sent (signs of wear), your return will not be honored. If you submit your return request after 7 days of receiving your item, your return request/store credit will not be honored. It is recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier so that it can be tracked. The Kyra Danaya Collection is not responsible for packages that are not received and can not be tracked.
All items on sale are final sale and can not be returned for a store credit, no exceptions.
Due to high demand, we are not able to provide exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size and/or color, you will have to submit a RETURN REQUEST no later than 7 days after receiving your items. If your return request is approved, you will be provided a store credit once the item has been shipped back to us and is in the original condition. With your store credit, you can purchase the correct size/color if it is still available. If the size/color that you are in need of is no longer available, you can use the credit to purchase any other items on the website. Store credits do not have expiration dates.
The Kyra Danaya Collection has the right to not accept your return/exchange if we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear.

Due to COVID-19, there have been some major shipping delays. Packages can now take up to 10-15 business days to arrive. Once you receive your tracking number, please reference it for shipping updates as The Kyra Danaya Collection does not have any control over the arrival date. If there are any issues with your order, please contact USPS or UPS directly. If needed, you can file a claim with USPS or UPS as there is insurance on every package. If you do not receive an email with your tracking number, please be sure to check your junk/spam folder.
Once your payment is verified, your order will be processed within 1-3 non-holiday business days. Once the items are processed, it takes 2-5 non-holiday business days to ship. Once your item is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. The Kyra Danaya Collection is no longer responsible for a package after it is shipped and the tracking number has been provided. Please contact USPS or UPS directly if there are any issues with your shipping and/or if your item(s) were damaged while in transit.
We offer Expedited Shipping via USPS that will arrive in 1-2 business days. All Expedited orders will ship out the same day as long as the order is placed before 8 am CST. Any Expedited Shipping orders placed after 8 am CST will ship the following day.
Free Shipping can not be applied to Expedited Shipping orders. If you select Expedited Shipping at checkout and attempt to obtain free shipping, the free shipping will be honored although your items will not be shipped via Expedited Shipping, they will ship via Priority Express.
All international customers are responsible for paying any custom fees associated with your purchase.
